Hello, i'm in Hong Kong. I thought it was going to be super cold (the temperature at 8 km above is minus, according to the airplane temperature sensors), but here at Hong Kong International Airport, it's not bad.
*insert Mr. Obama's face here*
The ride itself, though, gave me lessons.
One, fear not, even in the dark, when we cannot see anything (it's a night ride, and we're still far away from the mainland, according to the map on the screen), because our leader (our father, headmaster, or ultimately, our Father) knows more than we do, and can see more clearly than we do. In spiritual sense, this is important, especially if you're a Catholic.
Two, experience, either from our own, or the others, is very important. I have never gone abroad so far, and i have never gone in a night flight, either. So when i saw the freezing window, and the altitude meter which goes down every second, I was praying for the life of eveyone on the plane.
I know, I watch too many films.
Three, prepare for death, anytime. Don't you know that life is temporary, and death is due to every living thing on this Earth? Even though certain animals have regeneration which seemed to make them immortal (researchers are trying to benefit human body from this ability), what's the purpose? What is good from living until the end of our universe, if we don't have the real Peace, Joy, and Love? Ask, or observe someone who have done mortal sin, and you will see, how they live their life. I've been there, on the enemy's side. I don't want to be there anymore. The constant worry, fear of death, and despair is things that I had there. I hope that you will choose Life.
