Water

Is water angry with me?

Why, that's because my lips are always dry. ALWAYS.
No, I'm not talking about its cosmetical impact. NO WAY. But metabolism and health.

According to dr. Tan Shot Yen's book, "[yea-i-forgot-the-name-again-at-this-crucial-moment]", dry lips aren't first signal of dehidration. But LAST. Dry lips mean you're quite dry. Seriously dry.

And my lips are always dry.

I have tried (licking my lips every 5 minutes), I have improved (put a big water jug on my desk), but still after 3 big jugs of water (approx. 3-4 l), my lips are STILL DRY.

I'm usually active, and I can understand I lose a lot of water, but these days I'm sitting like a couch potato and still, my lips are DRY.

What should i do? Is this a disease?
